Challenge

Nike Running needed to unify its digital presence, ensuring that the community-oriented spirit of the brand resonated across all consumer touchpoints, from product launches to race-day content. The existing strategy lacked cohesion across platforms, and the messaging needed to connect with runners on a deeper level.

The Solution

We initiated an editorial reset, placing Nike.com at the center of the storytelling effort, crafting over 60 brand narratives each year. Our ‘Listen & Motivate’ approach and the introduction of the ‘Run Dept' connected various internal teams through merchandising, communications, and media, aligning them to the same mission. The entire strategy was tailored to meet the runner’s mindset at each journey stage.
